Raute Corporations Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board, Mr. Olli-Pekka Vanhanen has resigned from the company in order to take up new responsibilities outside the company. He will continue in his current role and as a member of the Executive Board until further notice, however not longer than till February 7, 2019. The search process for a new CFO has been started.
Mr. Antti Laulainen, current Group Vice President, Technology Services and Sales Management will move on to an expert role and does not continue as a member of the Executive Board. His areas of responsibility in the Executive Board are temporarily transferred to President and CEO Tapani Kiiski.

• Arja Hakala, Group Vice President, Strategy – business development
• Marko Hjelt, Group Vice President, Human Resources – personnel and competence development

• Timo Kangas, Group Vice President, EMEA – market area EMEA
• Petri Strengell, Group Vice President, Supply Chain – sourcing and production
• Olli-Pekka Vanhanen, Group Vice President, Finance, CFO – Finance and administration (not longer than till 7 February 2019).
