Henkel is deeply committed to the issue of food packaging safety. Henkel will be hosting a webinar: “Food Safe Packaging Hotmelts – Everything you need to know” on September 15, 2016 at their knowledge platform ‘Food Safe Packaging Portal’.
In their interactive webinar, Henkel experts Ralf Eberhardt and Philippe Cordier will give in-depth information on many aspects of hotmelt adhesives for packaging applications, like the legal framework, essentials in migration or general rules to ensure food safe packaging hotmelts. Furthermore, they will talk about food safety in relation to components and applications of end-of-line packaging hotmelts and supplier declarations on food safety aspects.
Henkel’s live webinars focus on important issues surrounding food packaging safety. Participants will also be able to pose their questions live to the Henkel presenters during the webinars.
In the second half of 2016 Henkel will be holding further webinars on topics such as non-intentionally added substances (NIAS), plasticizers in food packaging, aliphatic laminating adhesives or food contact statements.
