Siempelkamp subsidiary Pallmann Maschinenfabrik, Zweibrücken, recently took over the business operations of the Slovakian Febs SK sro in Mytne Ludany in February 2024. With this strategic partnership, Siempelkamp subsidiary is expanding its added value to include important components in the area of the entire wood yard including conveyor technology. It also benefits from the engineering expertise of a well-coordinated team. All the activities of the former Febs spol, has been transferred to this company.
Febs has specialisations that are crucial for Pallmann as a leading provider in the area of shredding technology. This includes the planning, design, production and delivery of systems and components in the field of mechanical conveying.
The cooperation between the two companies has a tradition: Pallmann and Febs have had a long-standing, good working relationship, which is now leading to a new, strategic partnership. Pallmann managing director Uwe Wagner is looking forward to the shared future and the potential that it creates: “With the acquisition of Febs and its entire intellectual property, we are combining the know-how of our companies, expanding our portfolio and paving new paths for further developments ‘Everything from a single source’ principle.
