Siempelkamp increases its shareholding in Pallmann to 45 percent

Siempelkamp-LogoThe Krefeld specialist for machine and plant engineering had acquired via its subsidiary Siempelkamp Maschinenfabrik Beteiligungs GmbH a qualified minority stake in Pallmann Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG and Ludwig Pallmann Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, long back in April 2012.
Recently, Siempelkamp has increased their shareholding from 25.1 percent to 45 percent.

 

Pallmann plays an important part in Siempelkamp’s service chain, with them being a specialist for size reduction and preparation technology. The machines for size reduction and material preparation for the wood-based products industry integrate perfectly into the Siempelkamp range of products for the front-end of the line.

 

Pallmann also complements in the area of recycling technology, which the Siempelkamp Group has specifically developed over many years. The company supplies high-performing recycling machines tailored to the needs of modern recycling plants to produce valuable secondary raw materials.

 

Next to waste wood recycling, Pallmann also researches and develops solutions for the recycling of plastics, flooring and metal materials, and used tires. The scope of supply includes a wide range of machines for these competence areas, for example, hammer mills, screen basket mills, double stream mills, double shaft shredders, single shaft shredders, shearing ledge shredders, turbofiners, and turbo mills.
