Nestro is gearing up to display its Filter System Solutions for the Plastic industry at K, Dusseldorf scheduled from October 16 to 23. This year at the trade fair Nestro, invites guests to the stand no. G82 in hall 10. With the growth in the demand for technical plastic products and packaging in the market, new products to meet the demands is to be introduced by Nestro.
However, there is a strong trend towards complex, combined and integrated manufacturing processes with an increased degree of automation. At the same time, the growing material and mechanical diversity must continue to improve the multi-functionality of the final products. The “individualised” production increases the number of product variants with only very short life cycles. The close interaction between the material and manufacturing technologies (including automation in the production of lightweight structures) as well as a more efficient use of raw materials and energy at all stages of the process and value chain will shape growth strategies in the industry.
Nestro assists the industry to meet these new challenges and so ensures optimum working conditions. The company’s systems provide energy efficient extraction of dust and waste and help to produce perfect quality with reduced stoppage times. These systems transport, shred, cut, store and compress waste materials to customer‘s needs. On the exhibition stand some of the key components are shown to the visitor.
