Rights tools for right jobs, was the key attraction at this year’s LIGNA showfloor. Tool specialists Mafell, Festool, Akzonobel, Leuco, successfully displayed their innovations and encouraged craftsmen select the best from the exhibition. Carpenters or joiners, may now indulge into first-class tools and improve their performance.
Tools reaching new heights:
To support excellent craftsmanship for the first-class professionals Mafell AG demonstrated first-class tools under their slogan, “creating excellence”. Some of the innovations they showcased included DuoDoweler DDF 40, the new K65 18 M bl cordless circular saw and the KSS 60 M bl cordless cross-cutting system. Manufacturer of high quality hand-held machines and power tools, Mafell, this year again wowed the carpentry and cabinet making industry.
Tools for toughest demands were exhibited at Hall 13, stand A16 for five days in LIGNA. With the key focus on finger safety of the carpenters and joiners, Festool highlighted innovations along with latest bench-mounted circular saw with SawStop technology. With a defined tradition in innovation they developed tools and machinery for painter, varnishers and cabinetmakers.
One of the leading international suppliers and end-to-end tool solutions for woodworking processing industry Leuco, introduced new saw blades to achieve longer edge lives. The product family Q-Cut consists of four saw blade types which are characterised by their high cutting quality on horizontal panel sizing saws. All these blades are equipped with a low-vibration tool body. The tool configuration differs according to the material to be processed.
