Efficient handling solutions from Hubtex at LIGNA

Hubtex  showcases its latest vehicle developments with a focus on handling and order-picking solutions for bulky wood materials at the LIGNA trade fair (exhibition stand N65). One of the leading manufacturers and specialists for transporting long, heavy and bulky loads is presenting its new multidirectional counterbalance forklift truck, FluX 70,for the first time.

Moreover, Hubtex has updated its modular development platform for electric multidirectional sideloaders – the largest in the industry – and shows a range of new sideloaders with the name PhoeniX.

Features:

• Hubtex’ new FluX 70 transports loads weighing 4.5-7 tonnes safely and reliably. It is ideally suited for both indoor and outdoor deployments.
• The PhoeniX offers drivers improved all-round visibility, especially past the right fork

Hubtex also focuses on automated Warehouse processes step by step. Digitalisation, a shortage of skilled workers and increasing demands concerning delivery performance – in order to design warehouse processes efficiently, intelligent solutions are required. Particularly for timber trading, convincing systems are demanded for complex storage and order picking tasks such as the handling of panels, decors and wood-based materials. For this reason, the use of automated guided vehicle systems (AGVs) in production processes is becoming increasingly important. The Hubtex Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG has been working on automated solutions for several years now and will be presenting current company developments at Ligna. The manufacturer of custom-built industrial trucks, sideloaders and special equipment focuses on the integration of automated functions and systems in series production vehicles, such as the electric multidirectional sideloader. Hubtex relies on modular building block systems that adapt individually to different requirements in intralogistics systems.
