The Hettich Technical Assistant helps fabricators in assembling, installing and adjusting the Hettich products and provides further small processing tools. Being mobile, it offers advice whenever needed: as an Internet solution under Hettich’s personal website or via the Hettich app.
The Hettich Technical Assistant provides help with information on installation, assembly, adjustment and removal for hinges, drawer systems as well as folding and sliding door systems. The added bonus: the solutions are presented on a task related basis – as a video sequence, PDF or within the FAQ section. As a result, the user quickly finds an answer to a question without having to work through lengthy assembly and installation instructions.
For example, the assembly or installation of a drawer is explained in easy steps. If any precision adjustment is necessary afterwards, short animations show the user how to adjust the front panel in the various dimensions. This gives the fitter a perfect result in next to no time.
Calculation tools for calculating the weight of components and loading capacities complement the package.
