The new Free flap H 1.5 is a particularly economical vertical flap made of an innovative material mix. The fittings developed by Häfele and manufactured in Hungary in their own production plant are distinguished by their high operating comfort and functionality. These are high-quality flap fittings in tadell-free quality. In practical use in the furniture industry, they have already passed their test.
Slimmer, lighter, easier – the free flap fittings were developed according to these specifications. They are modular in design so they can be used in a particularly flexible manner and cover all standard opening types with the Free flap up-flap fitting, the high-fold freeflex, the front lift fitting Free up and the high-swing fitting Free swing. With their slim design, they do their work as inconspicuously as possible in the cupboard interior.
FreeFlap H 1.5 offers a load capacity of up to max. 5.5 kg for one-sided use and a corpus height of 400 mm or 11.0 kg for two-sided use. This means that the flap fitting can be used for the entire common upper-range range. It is suitable for fronts with handle and for push-to-open applications. The opening is force-assisted with an integrated spring package. The new fitting can be adjusted precisely to the multi-position stop function so that the flap can be held in any position and is always easily accessible to the user. The damping is optionally available via pot tapes with closing damping or additional attachments. FreeFlat H 1.5 is easy to install and easy to install thanks to tool-mounted mounting.
The new fitting is particularly interesting for serial manufacturers with a large production volume and for furniture solutions with an excellent price-benefit-product-quality ratio. It is also used very successfully there. Buyers of flat pack furniture also benefit from a very fast self-construction and a subtle fine adjustment.
Thanks to tool-free clip-on fronts, pin pre-fixation in the base plate, preassembled euro screws and other quick-mounting techniques, all other free flap fittings are particularly economical and time-saving to process. They have an integrated damping system for easy and gentle closing. With Free fold, Free up and Free swing it works in both opening and closing direction. The ease of design of many components and easily accessible, simply adjustable eccentrics are further good arguments for their use.
The free flap fittings can be used in all segments of furniture construction and contribute by their function and optics to an increase in the value of the furniture.
