From September 13 to 16, all leaders from the wood and furniture industries will meet in Poznań in order to create the shape of the market and search for new development directions. Such a mobilisation and stimulation of the industry happens only once a year, during Drema International Trade Fair of Machines and Tools for Wood and Furniture Industries.
The Drema fair offers a scope of machinery and tools for wood and furniture industries. It comprises a wide range of solutions and advanced technologies, interesting not only for representatives of those industries but also for persons associated with forestry, biomass as well as manufacturers and producers of chemical agents for wood and representatives of furniture industry. Drema fair is enriched by FURNICA International Fair of Components for Furniture Production, SoFab International Fair of Upholstery Fabrics and Components for Upholstered Furniture and INTERMIC Trade Fair of Textile, Clothing and Footwear Machines and Components – all that take place at the same time.
Drema Fair means not only the exhibition of machines, tools or solutions but also a rich programme of accompanying events and special spaces. This year’s edition will be full of many attractions which will definitely attract visitors’ attention.
Koopdrew Cooperative Exchange Forum of the Wood Industry – The slogan of this year’s industry meeting is: “Wood – material of the 21st century as a background for the economic growth of the country and the development of sustainable forest management”. Following the well-established tradition, KOOPDREW combines elements of a conference and a “Business to Business” meeting. Within the framework of the conference block, the most important issues will be discussed as well as the latest news determining the situation of the wood industry in Poland and in Europe, to be presented by recognised experts.
The Zone of Parquetry – parquetry workshop organised by the “Polish Parquetry Professionals” Association, where the latest products and technologies used in parquetry industry will be presented. The workshop will be full of practical shows performed by masters of the profession as well as lectures and specialised training sessions.
The Zone of Knowledge – is the special space fully prepared by Drewno.pl portal, which will enable to acquire knowledge on various types of subsidies (from the EU and ZUS -Social Insurance Institutions), effective promotion of the company and products on the Internet as well as on wood labelling and certification.
The Zone of Wood – B2B Wood Meetings – Co-organised by the Polish Economic Chamber of Wood Industry means cooperative meetings for companies from the wood sector, accompanied by presentation of their offer. The aim of the meetings is to facilitate contact to representatives of enterprises which may become potential partners. This concept increases a chance to gain new business contacts, sign contracts as well as establish and continue co-operation. Consequently, it enables even more effective use of opportunities offered by the fair.
