This year at LIGNA, Dieffenbacher transcended beyond the creativity of industry 4.0 and concentrated customer focused digital and intelligent production solutions. They exhibited a wide range of innovative solutions as well as fresh ideas to assist user requirement by optimising the entire panel manufacturing process. Practical solutions for Smart Manufacturing were some of the key exhibited ideas at the showfloor.
The new MyDIEFFENBACHER platform, coupled with permanent condition-monitoring, self-controlled production solution, customers are enabled to make faster as well as safer decisions, work efficiently and increase the productivity of their plants. They featured the new HCOS High-Capacity Oscillating Screen for particleboard. This board one is lightweight for hanging installation, eliminates the need for dedicated foundation blocks as well as ensure a long frame life. It meets ATEX safety standards, and easy for installation in the indoor area.
Another innovation, MAIER Knief Ring Flaker with integrated FlowOptimizer ensure optimal material distribution over both the complete knife ring width and circumference. DIEFFENBACHER, further showcased ways of accumulating raw material flexibility by replacing fresh wood with recycling wood-without compromising board quality. With special wood recycling plants from DIEFFENBACHER they are able to eliminate impurities and enhance customer benefits by reducing material expense, increases cleaning efficiency with low wood losses and enhanced sustainability. The new-generation MDF glue-saving system EVOjet M 2.0 just turn the gluing system upside down for increased efficiency. This unique gluing system deliver high throughput and resin savings up to 25% while reducing emissions out of the dryer and pre-curing of the resin.
A new concept dedicated to work safety. Environment protection and sustainability is the innovative DIEFFENBACHER Intelligent Air Management System, that help in improving the air climate in the production hall. Besides showcasing innovations, at LIGNA the company focused on increasing customer base by directly interacting with the target group and enhanced bonding with existing clients.
