Cefla Group, one of the leading names in finishing technology, will be exhibiting at the upcoming Dubai WoodShow from March 7 to 9, 2017. The company will present one of its leading technologies: the iGiotto App X2.
iGiotto App X2 is the advanced version of the coating anthropomorphic robot provided with 6 axes, iGiotto App. Conceived to ensure the maximum level of flexibility and the best performance, iGiotto App X2 makes the best use of the potential of two anthropomorphic robots controlled by powerful software, entirely made in Cefla.
This is the result of over 10 years of experience on Cartesian robots which allows this machine to reach incomparable operating performances.
Different operating modes provided are:
• With robot and pallet stationary
• Continous, oscillating
• Continous, tracking
The revolution connected to the use of two anthropomorphic robots is that one robot can “interfere” with the operating area of the other robot. This is possible thanks to the development of the “3D anti-collision” function.
