Biesse will showcase an ensemble of automation and inter connection the future of digitisation in 6000 square metres to exhibit the constant innovative spirit of Biesse through Automation concept.
LIGNA 2019, the leading trade fair is scheduled to be held in Hannover between 27 to 31 May will be the right platform for Biesse to exhibit machines, facilities and tools for processing wood. The ultimate place for sharing the opportunities supported by robotisation and various advantages supported by new technology. Biesse has set up the Testimonial in Automation project to emphasise on the issue that there are three fully automated process solutions to process wood work on international level. One fully automated solution will successfully produce up to 1500 panels per shift. Biesse’s collaboration with CUBO DESIGN will assist Biesse in demonstrating ways of producing a complete kitchen with utmost flexible, top performing systems and display production line exhibited from the stand.
The personnel at the stand will display about 49 solutions targeting the manufacturing companies. Thus transforming firms into “smart factories”. Besides these, Biesse will also exhibit its ROS (Robotically Operated System) integrated robots for handling panels, ensuring efficiency and versatility without the need for operator’s intervention. The ROS robots will provide support for the sectioning, smoothing and CNC machines.
Biesse will also showcase Ray Force System – the revolutionary new method for applying edgebanding strips to shaped panels. The all new Akron 1100 the automatic single-sided edgebanding machine showcases new levels of compactness needed for artisans and small businesses. In Hall 11 guests and visitors will be able to view new technologies dedicated to construction world. At LIGNA the stand will rotate around the Digital Hub to ensure guests experience complete range of modern designs and technologies from Biesse.
