Aerolift highlighted outstanding handling solutions for different areas of application in roof, timber and hall construction at recently concluded Dach+Holz 2020, on January 31. They have showcased a bunch of latest innovation which are quite productive in timber industry.
CLAD-BOY®
With just one basic device and countless application possibilities, the CLAD-BOY® offers optimal conditions for almost every application. The vacuum lifter for the construction site is particularly suitable for hall and facade construction and is characterized by its high flexibility with regard to the possible construction variants. In addition to the classic vertical use for wall construction, the CLAD-BOY® can be converted in a few simple steps to lay roof panels.

CLAD-MAN
The CLAD-MAN is agile and flexible as the XXL all-rounder. The robust construction offers all essential advantages for handling extremely long or heavy workpieces. In addition, the vacuum lifter for handling panels and facade elements is twice as safe thanks to a second suction circuit and is therefore especially designed for large tasks. Thanks to the different operating modes, the CLAD-MAN can be used excellently for both wall and roof installation.

CLAD-BOARD
The jack of all trades among CLADDING devices can be used not only for working with panels, but also for other materials such as glass panes, facade elements, sheets or composite materials. With a suction plate with four suction chambers and a two-circuit vacuum system, transport goods adhere securely and are particularly gentle on the material. Thanks to the suspension that can be moved in all directions, goods can be precisely positioned and securely held during assembly.

CLAD-BRO
Our smallest from the CLADDING range can do big things. With its extremely compact design and low weight, the vacuum lifter can be transported to the construction site by hand if necessary. The variably adjustable suction plate pairs and the special seals ensure holding forces for laying panels, trapezoidal sheets or facade elements weighing up to 250 kg and 11 m long.
